Dry-ice Cleaning

Dry ice cleaning is a non-abrasive, environmentally friendly cleaning method that uses solid carbon dioxide (CO₂) pellets (dry ice) at temperatures of around -109°F (-78.5°C) to clean surfaces. It is a type of blast cleaning where dry ice pellets are accelerated through a nozzle at high speeds and directed at a surface to remove contaminants such as dirt, grease, paint, and residues. When the dry ice pellets hit the surface, they sublimate (turn directly from a solid to a gas), which lifts and loosens contaminants without leaving any residue behind. Our Dry ice blasting machine with qualified manpower is highly experienced with dry ice blasting with different tools, equipment’s, machinery, turbine disc, roto winding, electrical panels and so on in Power Plant, Gas Plant, Automobile and different industries.

Benefits of Dry Ice Cleaning:

  • Non-Abrasive: Dry ice cleaning does not damage or wear down surfaces, making it safe for delicate or sensitive equipment such as electrical components, machinery, and historical artifacts.
  • Environmentally Friendly: Unlike traditional cleaning methods that often use chemicals, solvents, or water, dry ice cleaning is a sustainable and eco-friendly option. There are no chemicals involved, and it doesn’t produce wastewater.
  • No Residue: Since the dry ice sublimates, it leaves no residue behind, eliminating the need for post-cleaning or drying.
  • Efficient and Fast: Dry ice cleaning is fast and effective, especially for hard-to-reach areas. It can clean complex machinery and parts without disassembling them.
  • Safe: Dry ice cleaning reduces the exposure to hazardous chemicals, as no harsh chemicals are required for the cleaning process.

Dry ice cleaning is a powerful, environmentally friendly, and efficient method that can be used in a variety of industries to clean without causing damage or leaving residue behind. Its non-abrasive nature and ability to clean hard-to-reach areas make it a go-to solution for many industrial applications.
